I am honored to invite you to a transformational spring retreat for women April 25-27 in northeast Ohio. A divine feminine wellness weekend! Get ready to explore your Goddess energy and become the healthiest version of yourself!

Discover a deep connection with your true self, nature, a circadian lifestyle, and the timeless teachings of yoga. We will gather to share yoga, meditation, and wellness practices, learn about circadian health, build meaningful connections, and more!

Saturday

7 am Wake Up Bell (Silence until 10am)

8 am Morning Meditation & Grounding

8:30 am Yoga – asana (movement/poses) and intro yoga philosophy 

10:15 am Delicious Breakfast made with Love!

11:30 am circadian health workshop 

1:00 pm Free Time to Journal, Read, Sauna, Rest, Explore the Property, Snack, etc.

(Lifestyle Wellness Consultations with Allison are also available during free time at an additional cost)

5 pm Dinner 

6 pm sharing circular and releasing ritual 

7:30 pm Music, connection, Bonfire (weather permitting)

10 pm Lights Out

Sunday 

7 am Wake Up Bell (Silence until 10am)

8 am Morning Meditation & Grounding

9 am Yoga – asana (movement/poses) and intro yoga philosophy 

10:15 am Delicious Breakfast made with Love!

11 am Walking Meditation at Towners Woods

1 pm Closing Circle 

2:30 or 3 pm Departure

Lodging Options

The retreat takes place in a spacious log cabin on a gorgeous property in Northeast Ohio. There is a sauna in the basement and plenty of room to camp (and frolic) in the yard. 

Camping

Bring your own tent or camping setup and bedding. Two spaces are available for $350 each.

“Glamping” on a Screened-In Porch

Bring your own air mattress and bedding for this glamping experience on a screened-in porch with space heaters. Two spaces are available for $375 each.

Huge Comfy Couch

Seriously, the couch is HUGE and super comfy! It could fit 3 people, but you’ll have it all to yourself with provided bedding. However the couch itself is in a shared space inside the cabin. One space is available for $400.

Shared Space

Sleeping inside in a shared space with other folks, on separate provided air mattresses with provided bedding. Two spaces are available for $400 each.

Shared Private Bedroom

With a queen-sized bed shared with one other person. When choosing this option, the two people sharing the bedroom MUST book together. Two spaces available for $450 each.

Private Bedroom

With a queen-sized bed. One space is available for $550.
