Monday: All Levels Flow 6:00 – 7:00 PM at Meraki Active Studio in Aurora, Ohio. A balanced practice suitable for beginners and advanced yogis. It incorporates foundational postures, breath-work and flowing sequences, allowing each participant to move at their own pace. The focus is on improving flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all experience levels.
Wednesday: All Levels Yoga 6:00 – 7:00 PM at Spa Walden in Aurora, Ohio. This class has the same description at the one above!
You can catch Allison subbing yoga at Shine in Kent, Ohio. You can also spot her teaching arm balances and inversions during their yoga teacher training.
