Monday: Lunchtime Yoga 12:00 – 1:00 PM at Shine in Kent, Ohio. This class is a perfect way to get some time for yourself in the middle of the work day. Starting December 4!
Wednesday: All Levels Yoga 6:00 – 7:00 PM at Spa Walden in Aurora Ohio. This class is for anyone and everyone! We will breath, move, and find stillness together.
