Women’s Winter Wellness Weekend

Optimal Wellness is ecstatic to invite you to a wellness retreat in Ravenna, Ohio on February 23-25, 2024.

We will gather for yoga & meditation practices, sharing circles, circadian health & longevity practices, sisterhood connection, and so much more

Your investment includes:
  • Detailed instruction on the topics of Yoga, meditation, breath-work, grounding techniques, sauna & cold plunging, red light therapy, circadian health & more (see full schedule below!)
  • Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday, dinner on Saturday, snacks/coffee/tea throughout
  • Lodging in a cabin with a sauna
  • A priceless experience and precious time for self-care, health, and wellness
Lodging Options:
  • Shared Space – Sleeping on a huge, comfy couch, bedding provided – 1 space is available for $400
  • Shared Space – Sleeping on an air mattresses with provided bedding – 2 spaces available (2 separate air mattresses) for $400 each
  • Shared Private Bedroom – Sleeping in Bedroom 1 with a queen bed – 2 spaces available (2 people MUST book together) – 2 spaces available for $450 each
  • Private bedroom – Sleeping in Bedroom 2 with a queen bed – 1 space available for $550

8:45 PM – Free Time

8:00-9:00 AM – Morning Meditation & Yoga 

9:15-10:00 AM – Breathwork Workshop 

10:15-11:15 AM- Breakfast 

11:30-12:45 PM – Circadian Health & Longevity Workshop 

1:00-5:00 PM – Free Time (sauna, cold plunge, snack, nap, read, explore property, etc.) 

2:30 PM – 1 Wellness Consultation available for an additional $75 (45-50 mins)

5:00-6:00 – Dinner

6:30-8:00 PM – Sharing Circle & Releasing Ritual 

8:00 PM – Free Time, Fun, Music, etc.

11:00 PM – Lights Out


7:00 AM Wake-Up

8:00-9:00 AM – Morning Meditation & Yoga 

9:15-9:45 – Optional Playtime (inversions, aerial yoga silk, yoga wheel, foam roll, red light therapy, etc.)

10:00-11:00 – Breakfast

11:30-1:00 – Walking Meditation & Cold Exposure at Towner’s Woods

1:30-2:30 – Closing Circle 

3:00 PM – Departure
