Allison
Allison is deeply passionate about guiding others toward a balanced, healthy, and joyful life. Like many yogis, Allison began her practice following her passion for physical fitness. As a dedicated bodybuilder, she spent years training with weights and working out in the gym, where she first discovered yoga. What began as a complement to her fitness routine soon became something much more. Yoga offered Allison not just physical benefits, but a profound way to reconnect with herself and cultivate balance. Through the practice of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and dhyana (meditation), she developed a deep appreciation for yoga as both a physical discipline and a holistic way of life.
Allison completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in April 2016 and brings a dynamic, empowering approach to her teaching—infused with joy, compassion, and authenticity. In 2017 she had the opportunity to travel to India with 2 of her teachers and after an immensely positive experience, she decided to dig deeper into the practice of Svadhyaya (self-study). She has studied various styles of yoga and continually seeks knowledge in all areas of wellness, movement, and longevity. With a deep commitment to helping others find sthira sukha—steadiness and ease—both on and off the mat, Allison aims to make yoga accessible and meaningful for every individual. In addition to her yoga background, she is a certified NASM personal trainer, group fitness instructor, Pilates instructor, and circadian health advocate. Through her work, Allison strives to share a positive light and inspire growth within the global fitness and yoga community.
